+ Do you have a face-to-face service?

De Sidere is currently an online service only. Tarot, courses and hypnotherapy have all proven incredibly impactful through online meets. You will know if this suits you or not- so trust yourself in what works for you.

+ I just don't know about hypno?

Hypnotherapy is a modality that utilises rest, safety and the wonders of the human mind to support you in making strides in your aims, desires and limitations. If you would like to know more, please feel free to book a free call, so I can give you a clear run down and answer your specific questions.

+ How many sessions do you recommend?

For most topics, concerns, or goals, I recommend starting with a hypnotherapy session. This modality is designed to create meaningful shifts—often in just one session—by targeting the subconscious and rewiring limiting patterns. While many clients experience significant progress quickly, ongoing or layered work is always welcomed.
